Policies

The basics

  • To ensure ultimate relaxation, no children or additional guest.

  • A consent form is required for all services.

If the service is not to your approval, simply communicate with the technician to find a resolve. 

  • No checks or foreign currency accepted

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any services. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.

  • Appointment penalties are non-refundable and non-transferable (no exceptions).

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please communicate with the technician at your earliest convenience.

  • A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to late (10+ minutes), same day cancellations and no-show appointments.

  • Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours or more in advance.

  • 2 or more same day cancellations/no shows you must pre-pay full cost of service or no new appointment.

  • 2 consecutive reschedules- no new appointment.
