No checks or foreign currency accepted

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any services. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.

Appointment penalties are non-refundable and non-transferable (no exceptions).
If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please communicate with the technician at your earliest convenience.

A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to late (10+ minutes), same day cancellations and no-show appointments.

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours or more in advance.

2 or more same day cancellations/no shows you must pre-pay full cost of service or no new appointment.

2 consecutive reschedules- no new appointment.
